Terms of Service

By accessing or using abuse.wtf ("the Platform"), operated by Owner's Alliance, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

abuse.wtf is a community-driven abuse reporting and verification platform. The Platform allows users to:

• Submit reports of online abuse, scamming, harassment, griefing, hacking, and other violations
• Browse a public database of verified and approved abuse reports
• Access a public API for programmatic integration with the report database
• Authenticate using Discord OAuth for report submission and account management

3.1 Authentication

Access to certain features requires authentication via Discord. By linking your Discord account, you authorize us to access your Discord profile information including your username, user ID, and avatar.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account. You agree not to share your session or access credentials with third parties.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fabricated reports
• Use the Platform to harass, defame, or target individuals without evidence
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, its systems, or other user accounts
• Abuse the API beyond the documented rate limits or for malicious purposes
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data beyond API-provided methods
• Impersonate any person or entity in connection with use of the Platform

5.1 Accuracy

All reports must be truthful and supported by evidence. Submitting false reports may result in permanent suspension of your account and potential legal action.

5.2 Evidence Requirements

Reports must include verifiable evidence such as screenshots, videos, or other documentation. Evidence should be unaltered and must accurately represent the incident being reported.

5.3 Review Process

All submitted reports undergo a multi-stage verification process by our team of trained officers and supervisors before being published to the public database. We reserve the right to reject or remove any report at our discretion.

The Platform, including its design, code, logos, and content, is the intellectual property of Owner's Alliance. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform without prior written consent.

By submitting reports and evidence, you grant abuse.wtf a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, and distribute the submitted content for the purpose of operating the Platform.

The public API is provided for legitimate integration purposes. API access is subject to rate limiting and may be revoked if abused. Private API access requires an API key and is subject to additional terms as communicated during key issuance.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Owner's Alliance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any reports in the database, though we strive to verify all information through our review process.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, without notice. This includes but is not limited to violations of these Terms, submission of false reports, or abuse of Platform features.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through the appropriate legal channels.
